1. Purpose and scope of application
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and use of the Flipverse website and online store (hereinafter, the “Store”), as well as the purchase of products offered to end consumers.
The Store operates and ships orders to Spain, the European Union, the United States, and other international countries.
Use of this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Store.
2. Conditions of use
The user declares that they are over 18 years of age or have sufficient legal capacity to contract. The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and without infringing the rights of third parties.
Creating an account may require providing truthful, up-to-date, and complete information. The user will be responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for any use made of their account.
3. Products
The Store offers creative and decorative construction products.
Every effort is made to display images, colors, and descriptions accurately; however, color or appearance may vary depending on the user’s device settings.
The Store may modify, update, or withdraw products and prices without prior notice.
4. Orders and acceptance
By placing an order, the user makes an offer to purchase. The purchase will only be formalized when the Store confirms acceptance of the order and payment has been processed.
The Store reserves the right to reject orders for reasons such as lack of stock, payment issues, incomplete information, or suspicion of fraud.
Purchases are intended exclusively for personal use and not for commercial resale.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices displayed in the Store include taxes where applicable (e.g., VAT in the EU).
They do not include, unless expressly stated, shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, or additional fees applicable in non-EU countries. Any import or customs clearance costs will be borne by the buyer.
The user undertakes to provide valid payment details and authorizes their use for charging the order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs, or external causes.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer, in accordance with the applicable regulations depending on the country of destination.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU) and Return Policy
Residents of the European Union have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to justify the reason.
In addition, the Store offers an extended commercial return policy of 30 days from receipt of the product, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy published on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
8. Defective or damaged products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, the user must notify this within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt.
Once verified, the Store may offer a replacement or a refund. In these cases, the associated costs will be borne by the Store.
9. Intellectual property
All content of the Store (trademarks, texts, images, graphics, videos, designs, code, etc.) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use for commercial purposes without express authorization is prohibited.
10. Third-party tools and links
The site may include links or tools provided by third parties. Access to such links or external services is the user’s responsibility.
The Store is not responsible for the content, practices, or damages arising from the use of third-party sites.
11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the website.
By using the Store or making a purchase, the user confirms having read and accepted said policy.
12. Limitation of liability
The Store does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Except in cases provided for by law, the Store shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of the site, products, or services.
