Returns and Refunds Policy

At Flipverse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you have a 30-day return guarantee from the date you receive the product.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Spain and European Union)
If you made your purchase as a resident of Spain or any country in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to justify the reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging and all components included, exactly as it was delivered.
2. Commercial Return Policy (30 days)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day commercial return policy.
During this period, you may request a return provided that the following conditions are met:

The product must not have been used.

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories, and in perfect condition.

The customer assumes the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or errors on the part of Flipverse.
3. How to request a return
To initiate the return process, you must contact us by writing to:

Please indicate your order number, full name, and, if you wish, the reason for the return (this is not mandatory during the first 14 days).
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the procedure and the address to which you must send the product.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or defective products
If you receive your order damaged, in poor condition, or with missing parts, you must contact us within the first 48 hours after receipt and attach photographs showing the issue.
After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund. In these cases, the associated transportation costs will be covered by Flipverse.
5. Non-returnable products
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Used, handled, or assembled products, or products showing signs of assembly.

Lack of original packaging or any of its accessories.

Gift cards.
-
Personalized or made-to-order products (if offered in the future).
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must request a return following the process described above and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
7. Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount.
